EARNFLIGHT
Decision sequence

Decide in this order before money moves

If a call, text or email invokes EarnFlight, a schedule change, a voucher or a refund, do not argue inside that channel. Exit it, then test the claim where airlines cannot be spoofed by a script: the carrier's official website or app, using your surname and record locator.

01

Sequence one: rebuild, match, ask

The booking is real only if the carrier can see the same facts you were told.

Type the airline address yourself or open its app; never use the link or callback number that found you. Retrieve the trip and compare passenger names, cities, dates, flight numbers, ticket number, record locator and total already paid. Then ask the carrier three direct questions: did it issue or change this ticket, did it request more money, and did it authorize any third party to contact you. Pressure is the tell in many earnflight.com complaints, so treat any refusal to allow this pause as a failed verification, not as customer service.

Pass

The airline sees the exact itinerary and says no extra payment is due; continue only through carrier pages you opened yourself.

Fail

The locator, name, segment or ticket number is missing or mismatched; stop paying and preserve the message as evidence.

02

Sequence two: protect payment authority

Verification never ends with a card code, gift card, remote session or a fee to release a refund.

If the contact demands full card digits, a one-time passcode, screen sharing or payment before a fare is honored, end the call and phone the issuer using the number on the card. Ask what merchant descriptor is already pending and whether the airline recognizes the reservation. Where the carrier denies the booking, treat the invoice as a clue: save headers, screenshots, caller ID, chat logs and timestamps. That packet lets the issuer classify the debit and gives FTC ReportFraud identifiers that connect scripts across travelers.

Never share

One-time codes, full card numbers, bank logins and gift cards are not verification tools for an airline refund.

Always keep

Record the promised amount, deadline, agent name, number, email domain and every payment page before accounts change.
